GENERAL TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Built-in wood oven

Wood oven with indirect heat cooking, consisting of an Aluker® firebox with very high heat retention. The
interior surface of the oven is enamelled for easy cleaning and is separate from the actual firebox. A large ceramic glass door and a temperature indicator allow cooking to be constantly monitored. The particular construction means that the whole oven is heated quickly and evenly. There is a manually adjustable damper.
