NATURAL HEAT DISTRIBUTION

Radiant

Heat is transferred directly by the fire to the surrounds.

Conduction

Heat is generated by direct contact between the external surface of the stove and the firebox.

Natural Convection

Heat is defused through spontaneous circulation of warm air masses. The air in contact with the heat source moves and in so doing spreads the accumulated heat to the surroundings.

EXCEPTIONAL AUTONOMYmage

Up to 6 hours of continuous heat.

Tests carried out in Piazzetta laboratories have shown that the
wood-burning stoves ensure an exceptionally long burn time before having to refuel.

COMBUSTION AIR KIT

This kit improves combustion and optimizes efficiency.

In hermetic, low energy consumption homes, fresh air which is indispensable for combustion must be taken from outdoors. The optional kit allows fresh air flow into the firebox thereby optimizing combustion and efficiency.

EASY CLEANING

Maintenance couldn’t be easier.

The ash drawer is removable and easy to empty. Periodic maintenance is also simple.

PRACTICAL GRATE

Functional and efficient.

The wide and deep grate is highly practical to use and there is more space for collecting the embers. The shape of firebox ensures a best input of preheated primary air to optmize combustion and efficency.

SUPERIOR THICKNESS

Guarantee of sturdiness and duration.

Door, firebox and grate can be up to 15 mm thick, which guarantees that your wood-burning stove is structurally very robust and will endure over time.

TERTIARY AIR SYSTEM

The preheated tertiary air system, in many models, fully optimizes combustion and ensures high efficiency with low emission into the atmosphere.

AIR GLASS SYSTEM

Ventilated ceramic glass

A constant flow of air passes over the ceramic glass, which is heat resistant up to 750°C, helping to keep it clean always ensuring a relaxing and pleasant view of the flame.

OVEN

Traditional and healthy cooking.

With Piazzetta you can also choose the wood-burning stove or Stubotto with oven to cook food as in the past. It can be used to cook foods traditionally by exploiting the warmth produced by
burning firewood.

FLUE GAS EXCHANGER

High efficiency bound with the accomulation function.

The specific heat exchanger on the model Ortisei allows for heat recovery from flue thus maximizing efficiency and performance. Flue gases are kept from escaping freely in order to transfer heat to the majolica cladding which accumulates heat and releases it slowly, even for hours after shut off.
